SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We ship all over the EU & UK and provide all shipments with a tracking number. The delivery times vary depending on the country from 3-7 business days after payment has been processed and order confirmed.
If you would like us to ship to country outside the EU & UK please contact us directly to make arrangements prior to placing your order at: hello@FemmeHerbale.com. Please note that customs fees/import tax may apply when shipping outside the EU & UK, which are paid for by the customer.
ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will usually be processed on the same or next business day. Whether it’s same or next business day depends on the time of your order. Generally speaking, orders before 12pm will be processed same day. Orders after 12pm are generally processed the following.
This happens in 95% of cases. Please note that due to matters out of our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases. If you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the NEXT business day. Orders are NOT processed and fulfilled by our warehouse on weekend days.
On placement of you order and payment being accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Please check all details carefully including the delivery address and contact us by reply e-mail immediately if there is a problem or discrepancy. On dispatch of your order you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the dispatch, the shipping company used, the expected delivery time and a tracking number. Using the tracking number you should be able to track your orders progress with the shipping company. If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time and you are unable to track your order through the use of your tracking number or the shipping company is unable to help you please contact us and we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the situation ASAP.
REFUND POLICY
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product is not returned in its dispatched state we cannot offer a full refund and a compensation will be calculated on individual basis, please note that it can be up to 100% of value depending on the damage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure that you quote your order number and provide us with your receipt of payment.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
If for any reason your HealthTea does not reach you in perfect condition or we accidentally send you the wrong order, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, no buts!!
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
